ASDION PUBLIC ISSUE 61.07 TIMES OVERSUBSCRIBED
Mesdaq Market-bound Asdion Bhd's public issue of two million shares has been oversubscribed by 61.07 times, the Malaysia Issuing House Sdn Bhd said on Jan 4.It said a total of 15,124 applications for 124.13 million shares were received from the public for the two million shares. All notices of allotment will be mailed to the successful applicants by Jan 11, 2005.
It is making available a total of 12 million shares of 10 sen each at 50 sen per share. One million shares are reserved for directors and employees, and another nine million for placement to identified Malaysian institutional and individual investors.
