New Project Secured

Asdion (Thailand) Co. Ltd, a 51% owned subsidiary of Asdion International Sdn Bhd (which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AB), has secured a new project, named M-Club Project, which involves processing and handling of the total hardware and software solutions for cineplex at 20 sites. The contract sum is 6,751,600 Thai Baht ("BHT") (RM682,669 based on an exchange rate of RM1.00 to 9.89 BHT as at 28 February 2005) with a possibility of 5-10% additional value based on the actual work done.

The project is estimated to be completed by the end of second quarter of 2005 and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the AB group for the financial year ending 31 December 2005.
