Memorandum of Understanding between MediLink Information Technologies (Beijing) Co. Ltd and Shanghai Unionpay Merchant Services Co. Ltd 29-05-2006

Minister of International Trade and Industry Malaysia YB Dato’ Seri Rafidah Aziz (3rd from left) and Asdion Chairman Lt Gen Khairuddin Mat Yusof (2nd from left) were the witnesses of the signing ceremony Asdion Berhad ("AB") is pleased to announce that MIT, a 51% owned subsidiary of ADAS which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AB, had on 29 May 2006 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Shanghai Unionpay Merchant Services Co. Ltd ("SUP") to form a strategic alliance for the development of an electronic health card network which involves deployment, support and maintenance of Electronic Data Capture ("EDC") terminals within the healthcare sector in China ("Project"). |
