The Board of Directors of ASDION wishes to announce that the Third AGM of the Company convened at The View, 18th Floor, Melia Hotel, 16 Jalan Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 29 June 2005 at 10.00 a.m. has been duly held. All resolutions set out in the notice of AGM dated 7 June 2005 tabled at the said Third AGM have been duly approved by the shareholders.
