Asdion Berhad wishes to announce that the Fifth AGM of the Company convened at Sri Damansara Club Berhad, Lot 23304, Persiaran Perdana, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday, 26 June 2007 at 10.00 a.m. has been duly held. All resolutions set out in the notice of AGM dated 4 June 2007 tabled at the said Fifth AGM have been duly approved by the shareholders.
