DEVELOPMENT MILESTONES

Techtron Integrated Systems (S) Pte Ltd (TIS) was incorporated in 1993 in Singapore. As the primary asset of Asdion Group, the significant milestones are as described below:

YEAR	ACHIEVEMENTS
1993	TIS was incorporated with the initial main business focus to distribute and support Onity products (formerly TESA ESI) Electronic keycard system for hotels.
1994	TIS secured and successfully implemented the first electronic keycard access control project for Sea View Hotel Singapore
1995	Established a new software division at TIS with a vision to develop a scalable business solution to support end-to-end workflow process.
1996	Secured project to upgrade the electronic keycard access control at Shangri-la hotels in Singapore
1997	Completed the first version of AccLink and commenced some beta customer sites
1998	Launched MemberLink and secured project for the prestigious Singapore Chinese Swimming Club.
1999	Completed PosLink to enable offering of ERP solution for service sector entirely under ASDION suite of applications as well as launched HrLink and BookLink. Launched AccLink 3.1SQL version in Microsoft Tech.Ed 1999.
2000	Launched PosLink
2001	Incorporated Asdion Singapore Pte Ltd (AS) and Asdion Software (Shanghai) Co. Ltd (ASSL) in China as subsidiaries
2002	Successfully modeled ASDION suite of applications in sectors such as logistic and transport with regional deployment, point of sales system with ticketing function and event management for tourism industry. ASSL started operations as development centre.
2003	Completed the first prototype of iTour Travel Management System, interfacing the module with major Global Distribution System.
2004	Obtained MSC status, and commenced relocation of R&D activities from Singapore to Malaysia.
